Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us. Last updated June 18, 2026.
1. Overview
Tronix Solutions (“Tronix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds custom software for founders and growing businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tronixsolutions.ai, fill out a form, book a call, or respond to one of our ads — and how we use, share, and protect it.
By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you share when you complete a form on our website, book a strategy call, submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or otherwise contact us.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we may collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, qualify and scope your project, schedule and conduct your strategy call, deliver services you request, and follow up about your project.
With your consent, we may send you marketing communications about our services. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how our website and advertising perform and to improve them.
4. Email and SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you transactional and account-related text messages (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders) and, where permitted, follow-up messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support our advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand the effectiveness of our ads and reach relevant audiences.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the website function.
6. How we share your information
We share information with service providers who help us operate our business — including our customer relationship management and communications platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Advertising
We advertise on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. When you interact with our ads or website, we may share limited event information (such as a page view, lead, or booking) with Meta through its Pixel and Conversions API so we can measure results and improve our campaigns. This information is matched using identifiers like a hashed email or phone number where available.
You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
13. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us through our website at tronixsolutions.ai/booking, or by the contact details listed there. We’re happy to help.
